To provide the best possible service, we focus our attention on a limited number of projects. We begin with a preliminary evaluation which includes a 30-minute phone call with our design specialists, who will: 

• Listen to the goals, needs, and aspirations you’ve identified for your home and property 
• Give insight on factors that affect budget and schedule 
• Provide a preliminary overview of project viability including potential roadblocks 
• Provide a brief overview of the phases involved in the design and construction of your custom home 
• Discuss the next steps in the process including how we help you assemble your project team
